Done and Tesla have partnered to make it easier for customers in Sweden to get home charging sorted when ordering their new vehicle. With the new setup, Tesla customers can add a Wall Connector with installation included directly during the purchase process – reducing friction and allowing customers to have their home charging arranged from day one.
Home charging is a key part of the EV experience, yet many customers are unsure where to start. By offering a complete solution at order time, Tesla advisors can now guide customers all the way to a finished setup at home, without the customer needing to search for installers or compare quotes on their own.
Done provides nationwide installation through its digital platform, which connects each order from Tesla directly into Done’s system. This ensures a smooth handover, clear communication with the customer, and consistent quality across Sweden. Customers follow a simple flow: submit details, choose a time, and have the charger installed by a certified installer at a fixed price, including Sweden’s Green Technology deduction.
Ahead of the launch, Done visited Tesla showrooms across Sweden to walk through how the process works and how the new flow supports advisors in helping customers secure home charging early in the buying journey. The response has been very positive, with teams highlighting how much customers appreciate being able to secure installation directly at order time.
