E.ON Drive and Done are entering into a partnership to strengthen the aftermarket for electric vehicle charging in Sweden. Through a new framework agreement, Done will be responsible for the service and maintenance of E.ON Drive’s charging infrastructure – currently around 6,500 charging points across the country. The collaboration marks an important step in E.ON Drive’s ambition to become a leader in the aftermarket and operation of charging stations
The agreement covers charging stations from manufacturers such as Garo E-Mobility, Zaptec, ChargeStorm, Charge Amps and Alfen, and includes facilities owned by E.ON Drive’s customers for which E.ON Drive is responsible for operations.
E.ON Drive now has a clear focus on the aftermarket and operation of charging infrastructure. With Done’s platform and nationwide network of installers, the partnership creates the conditions to meet the sector’s rapid growth with high efficiency, transparency and quality.
Digitalised aftermarket powered by Done’s platform
As part of the collaboration, E.ON Drive will use Done’s installation and service platform to manage service cases and maintenance of charging stations. The platform enables automated case handling, optimised route planning for annual inspections and full visibility into ongoing assignments – improving efficiency for both E.ON Drive’s operations team and their customers.
“To grow sustainably and safely, service and aftermarket operations need to be as smart as the charging solution itself. With Done, we gain a digital partner that helps us ensure high quality and quick response times for customers across the country,” says Fredrik Kryhl, Head of E.ON Drive Sweden.
A partnership driving the industry forward
For Done, the agreement represents a strategic step in the company’s ambition to build the market’s leading platform and network for aftermarket services within energy and charging infrastructure.
“E.ON Drive is at the forefront of electrification and operations. Being part of their journey is both a privilege and proof that our model works. Together, we can build a more efficient and sustainable aftermarket that benefits both customers and installers,” says Malin Granlund, CEO and Co-Founder of Done.
