Wattif strengthens its Swedish offering by launching a digital ordering portal for existing customers looking to expand their EV charging sites. To enable a structured and scalable installation delivery model, Wattif has entered into a partnership with the installation platform Done.

Wattif is one of the leading EV charging operators in the Nordics, with operations in Norway, Sweden, Germany & Austria, with a network of more than 45,000 charging points across Europe. The company provides flexible and scalable charging solutions for property owners, businesses and the public sector, with a strong focus on user experience.

The new portal is not a public e-commerce platform, but a dedicated tool for Wattif’s existing customers in Sweden who want to expand or complement their current charging sites. Through the portal, customers can easily order additional charging points including installation, within the framework of their existing site.

“We see clear demand from our customers to scale their charging infrastructure in a smooth and predictable way. With this solution, we simplify the process and make it easier for customers to grow in line with increasing demand”, says Celine Troye Hopsdal, Managing Director Nordics at Wattif.

A digital flow from order to commissioned charging point

When a customer places an order via Wattif’s portal, the installation is handled through Done’s digital platform. A key part of the process is a digital site assessment, conducted via video call in Done’s app, ensuring the correct technical solution is selected and that the conditions for a standard installation are met before scheduling.

The digital site assessment creates clarity early in the process, reduces the need for physical pre-visits and ensures that both technical and commercial conditions are transparent before installation begins. If the project requires deviations from the standard scope, these are handled through a supplementary quotation before work starts.

Following completion, the installation is reported back to Wattif via Dones platform, providing full visibility across the delivery process.

“In order to scale charging infrastructure efficiently, the installation layer must be structured and predictable. Together with Wattif, we have built a delivery model where digital project scoping, quality assurance and nationwide execution are fully aligned”, says Alek Åström, Co-CEO of Done.

Scalable expansion in a growing market

As the electrification of transport accelerates, many property owners and businesses need to expand their existing charging sites to meet growing demand. By combining Wattif’s operator expertise with Done’s installation platform, the companies enable a controlled and efficient expansion model for the Swedish market.

The partnership is a step toward further professionalizing and structuring the delivery of EV charging infrastructure, from order to commissioning.
